In our warehouse you can handle all our products. Our sales staff will be happy to help you place an order, and will be available to assist you with advice in order that you select the most suitable products.

Thanks to Rigato Ready you can see and read about all our products online, and are able to send us your personal requests. You can select the items that interest you. You will be able to make your choice based upon colour, thickness, type of tanning or final use. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

You will be contacted to arrange the payment method and the preferred shipping method. It is our task to provide the best solutions for your needs.

To make the process as fast as possible we recommend that you to fill in all fields on the registration form on our web site. You will receive confirmation via email. (If you do not receive a reply, please check your spam box). Also please verify that all the data you provide are correct, especially your username and password, as well as the details of your order.

If you wish to make an immediate order without first registering on the website, you can find our contact details at the bottom of the page. In order to receive your order you will also be asked for information regarding your shipping and billing address.

Theminimum quantity for an order (MOQ) is a normal constraint for most businesses.

Our flexible production methods allow us to offer you products, even in small quantities.

There is no minimum quantity for an order. Therefore, we can sell you a single half skin.

Quantities are expressed in square meters and in the number of skins.

We do not sell off-cuts and parts of skins.

If, however, you require large quantities our tanning service is at your disposal and we will be happy to supply your needs.

We accept the following methods of payments: Cash, Bank Transfer or Cheque

If you wish to buy directly at our warehouse we accept payment by cash, bank transfer or cheque.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost and shipping options vary according to the weight, size and quantity ordered. 

The cost of shipping are charged to the recipient. Costs can differ according to the specific details of the order.  

TRACKING DELIVERY

To track a delivery it is necessary to have received confirmation of the shipment from Rigato Romano, in which the shipping number will be given. 

The shipping will be entrusted to an external courier service. When you receive the shipping number you will be able to follow the progress of the delivery directly on the courier’s web site.

If you do not receive your shipping number, contact our Customer Service Department.  

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery normally takes 3 to 4 working days in Italy, depending upon warehouse availability and upon the area in which it is sited.

The “express” service must be required before final payment.

Rigato Romano Srl provides an updated bill for each of its customers at the end of each month.

To receive a proforma and invoice it is necessary to supply  your data including

  • Company Name
  • VAT number
  • Telephone number
  •  Email address
  • Delivery address

If you register yourself online on our site, you will receive the invoice at the email address you supplied.

Rigato Romano’s products are tested and approved according to current regulations.

Tests carried out in specialised laboratories to ensure that the products are resistant to daily use.

We remind you that to avail yourself of the guarantee it is necessary to be in possession on the purchasing invoice.

When making our products we choose the best materials, and use them so as to ensure that we respect health and safety and the environment.

Rigato Romano hopes that all our customers are fully satisfied.

You can exchange or return your products at our warehouse within 365 days of the purchasing date.

The product must be intact, clean and undamaged and must not have been cut.

The present guarantees are offered by Rigato Romano and are valid in all European and non-European countries.

The guarantee is valid starting from the date of purchase of the product and only for the products purchased from our warehouse.

You will receive a reimbursement or an appropriate exchange of goods after they have been valued by our technicians.

In order to take advantage of our guarantee we recommend that you provide the purchase invoice.

If you wish the goods to be collected from your address please contact our Customer Service department who will arrange collection, but you will be charged for this service.

The guarantee does not apply  to products that have not been stored correctly or have been damaged or partially cut.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, such as damage caused by collisions  and incidents caused by third parties. 

The guarantee does not apply if the products have been placed outside or in a humid environment.

The guarantee does not cover indirect or incidental damage by third parties, except for Rigato Romano.

The guarantee excludes defects which existed at the time of purchase, which were known to the buyer.

The guarantee is not transferrable for purchases made at different times.

You can send a review simply by accessing your profile on rigatoromano.it and leaving your opinion of the products you have recently bought.

If you receive an email in which we have invited you to leave a review, click on the photo of the products and access the site.

There is no limit to the length of the review.

Once you have left your review, it will be a few days before you will be able to see it online.

Comments containing inappropriate content or which does not respect our terms and conditions will not be published and you will be notified by email.
